I truly appreciate their amazing work. I am hard of hearing and they communicated with me very well and making sure I understand them and what they’re planning to do with my kitchen sink. They also immediately notified me the Valves is needed to replace to avoid leaking. I am so glad they caught this and I went ahead and book them again. They’re so good with what they’re doing and very clean plus professional.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing sent out a Plumber, Ruslan, who was very Knowledgeable and very informative of what the problem was and he took the time to explain to me what he would do to fix it. He was very Cordial and polite. He wore Paper Booties over his shoes while inside so as not to bring in any outside dirt. He took his time and checked everything over to make sure it was perfect. He also took me through the process that he did so I would understand what outside valves to shut off for the Winter. He takes Pride in his work and He did a Great Job! I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a Kind, and Knowledgeable Plumber.
Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!
Big ups to Jim for coming out on a Sunday morning and doing all that he could to get our backed up sewer drain unplugged! It’s a job that will require more work, but he was very thorough in explaining what he could do for us now and what we prepare for, for the next step. Very professional and honest about what he was able to accomplish on this visit, showing us the camera view, and to get us back to our normal routines!
